What exactly is "light" web browsing?
This is what Verizon has to say for it's 250mb mobile broadband plan
So that doesn't really help. What WOULD help is .... how should I measure bandwidth per web page? Is bandwidth used basically just downloading the html file?
How large is a regular html file? Actually not "regular", instead think of "average".
Mobile Broadband Plan—250 MB Monthly Allowance
Best for heavy users that:
* Need a mobile connection 7-8 hours a month
* Send or receive email with small or no attachments
* Light Web Browsing
* Download or upload small files
* Download a song or two once in a while

Typically an HTML file is 30kb or something but most of your bandwidth will go to ads and pictures.
Get a tethering plan.
Oh and "light" basically means infrequent in this case.
