Premiere Elements 4 Empty Premiere Elements 4

So I had this video editing program, Premiere Elements 4. It worked fine, although it was a little irritating to use. However, after I reformatted, it crashes every 2 minutes (not exaggerating). Further more, I tested it on my Vista laptop, and it's the same situation. Adobe has been no help. Any suggestions?

Nope. I've mostly got it working now though. I think it crashes on mp4's.
