New Favicon + Chatbox Icon! Empty New Favicon + Chatbox Icon!

The Chatbox floating icon to the left has been made by Tarkuroindigo. I think it's nice so I put it with the chatbox.


The new favicon has been added to the forum. But I think I can still make it better.
